Pakistan looked rusty today and will hope to shake it off before the big game against India on Sunday. They have another warm up game in hand to get back into rhythm. Jos Buttler: Malan missed out today, so everyone moved up one. It is great to see him play well, he's (Stokes) hitting the ball well in the nets and I am sure he will take confidence from the 30-odd he got today. Everything we wanted to get out of today we did. 

Great to see Livingstone back on the field after a significant injury, getting four overs from Jordan as well, Brook and Curran getting some time in the middle. We batted first in the games against Australia and wanted to bowl first, so got what we wanted from the game.

Shadab Khan: I think all the departments (were poor) but still the fielding is an eye opener for us, we didn't grab the catches and misfielded a lot. Hopefully sit together and talk about these things. It is good for us, he's (Afridi) our top class bowler and best in the world,

 he bowled just two overs but still he found his rhythm. I think everything is sorted, all the combinations are sorted, when Babar and Rizwan come back everything will be fine. We didn't perform well but it is a good thing this was a warmup game.

 England thump Pakistan in this warm-up fixture by six wickets. Stokes, Livingstone, Brook and Curran - they all got a good hit in the center during the run chase. Brook and Curran finished the game off in quite a hurry as they got home with more than four overs to spare. Pakistan were very poor on the field. 

They should've put on a bigger total to begin with after a brilliant start from Masood. But lost their way to finish with 160 on the board. And then there were misfields and dropped catches aplenty as England got home in a canter.

Mohammad Nawaz to Sam Curran, 1 run, this has been bowled very wide outside off as Curran comes dancing down again. But he's still able to get to it after stretching out. Slices it in the air over point and it falls short of the deep fielder. Just 4 more needed after this massive over
