Peshawar Zalmi vs Karachi Kings, 19th Match - Live Cricket Score, Commentary

That ends the first game of today's double-header. Do change tabs and join us for the second game of the day. For now, cheers and bye..

Wahab Riaz | Winning captain - Credit to the entire team, the players have helped me a lot to strategise. The bowlers did well in the powerplay, the target was not to allow them to score big in the powerplay. We'll choose the combination depending on the team and the conditions.

Babar Azam | Losing captain - It was too big a target, the catches that we dropped, our death over bowling wasn't great either. When you're chasing such a big score, we need to do well in the powerplay, which we didn't. The discussion was to target some bowlers, but they didn't allow that to happen.

Mohammad Haris | Player of the Match - Thankful for the team management, they showed a lot of confidence in me and helped me develop. Would like to dedicate this award to them. We sat down, realised the mistakes in the last few games and we wanted to make sure that we didn't repeat it. I will take it one game at a time, try and make the most of the opportunities that come my way.

18:03 Local Time, 13:03 GMT, 18:33 IST: This was a chase that never started, they didn't lose wickets, but they didn't show any intent to win. At times, it did look that the batters were happy for personal milestones and as it stands, Karachi stand close towards elimination - a professional job from the Zalmis, two vital points in the bag, but they were never stretched at any moment in the chase
